These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dax96 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where accessing dax96 is not prohibited by local law.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets. No hidden conversion fees.
All dax96 promotions are subject to minimum wagering requirements. Bonus terms are disclosed fully at the time of offer and referenced in Section 7 of this document.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dax96 login credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which dax96 holds its operating licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration as outlined in Section 12.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the dax96 Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that accessing and using dax96 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local legislation access dax96 at their own risk and responsibility. dax96 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Indonesia Market Context. dax96 acknowledges that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. Indonesian residents who choose to access dax96 do so voluntarily and on the understanding that they accept full personal responsibility for compliance with local law. dax96 does not solicit Indonesian residents in jurisdictions where such solicitation is explicitly prohibited.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) dax96 account. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register a dax96 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current or former employees of dax96 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform under the Responsible Gaming programme; (d) individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
3.1 Registration Information. When registering a dax96 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dax96 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. dax96 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.
3.3 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your dax96 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dax96 Support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. dax96 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification.
3.4 Account Suspension & Termination. dax96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if dax96 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. dax96 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with its international operating licence obligations. All Members must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
4.2 Required Documents. Members are required to submit the following documents: (a) a clear, legible copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or equivalent government-issued photo ID; (b) proof of current residential address in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months; (c) a selfie photograph of the Member holding their ID document alongside a handwritten note stating today's date and "dax96".
4.3 Processing Time. dax96 will review and process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt during normal operating hours (WIB). Members will receive an in-account notification and email confirmation upon approval or rejection. Rejected submissions will include a brief explanation and the opportunity to resubmit corrected documents.
4.4 Ongoing Verification. dax96 reserves the right to request updated identity documents at any time, particularly in cases of unusual account activity, large withdrawal requests, or when required by applicable compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dax96 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallets. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method as published on the Platform's payments information page.
5.2 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited to a Member's dax96 account within minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to clear. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. dax96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
5.3 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into a dax96 account must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
5.4 No Deposit Fees. dax96 does not charge a fee on any deposit transaction. Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which dax96 has no control.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the KYC verification process (Section 4). Unverified accounts may deposit and wager freely but are not eligible to withdraw funds until verification is approved.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. dax96 reserves the right to revise this threshold with reasonable advance notice published on the Platform.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by dax96's finance team on a first-come, first-served basis, with typical processing times of one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during WIB business hours. Gold Loyalty Tier members benefit from a same-day withdrawal service level agreement for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. dax96 does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party banking infrastructure or regulatory review requirements.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been pre-approved by the dax96 finance team in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Member accounts.
6.5 Bonus Wagering Requirement. Funds credited as a Bonus are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus being voided. Deposited funds that have not been used to satisfy a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to these Terms.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dax96 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions of this Section 7. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
7.2 Welcome Bonus. The dax96 welcome bonus (100% first deposit match up to Rp 1.000.000) is available to new Members who have completed registration and made their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 100.000. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is ten times (10x) the bonus amount on sports betting markets and thirty times (30x) on casino and slot games. Only bets settled at odds of 1.50 or higher (decimal) contribute toward the sports wagering requirement.
7.3 Wagering Contribution. Contributions toward bonus wagering requirements vary by game type: sports bets at odds ≥1.50 contribute 100%; sports bets at odds <1.50 contribute 0%; standard slot games contribute 100%; live dealer table games contribute 10%; video poker and keno contribute 10%; all other games as specified in individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion's terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited automatically. dax96 will not reinstate expired bonus credit under any circumstance.
7.5 Abuse and Fraud. dax96 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if dax96 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse (including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent), or has opened multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on dax96 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. dax96 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where it suspects integrity issues, pricing errors, or unusual betting patterns.
8.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that incorrect odds or prices are displayed due to a technical error, system fault, or human error, dax96 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. Settlement at erroneous prices will not be honoured.
8.3 Match Postponements and Cancellations. Where a sporting event is postponed for less than forty-eight (48) hours, bets will remain valid unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules. Events postponed for more than forty-eight (48) hours, or cancelled entirely, will result in all bets on that event being voided and stakes returned.
8.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted on selected markets during the course of an event. dax96 may suspend in-play markets at any point in line with standard industry practice (e.g., around corners, goals, penalties). Bets placed after the suspension of a market, where the outcome is already known, will be voided.
8.5 Maximum Win Limits. dax96 applies maximum win limits per bet and per day, the details of which are published in the sports-specific and casino-specific rules sections of the Platform. No member is entitled to winnings in excess of the applicable maximum win limit, regardless of the bet placed.
8.6 Specific Game Types. dax96 offers wagering on, among other products: football including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and mix parlay (accumulator) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws; slot gacor (high-payout slot machine) titles from licensed studios; and live dealer casino games. Each category is governed by its own supplementary rules, available on the respective game-category page.
9.1 Commitment. dax96 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment that protects Members from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible free of charge to all Members.
9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all dax96 Members: (a) Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps that restrict the total amount a Member may deposit within the specified period; (b) Session Time Limits — configurable time limits that automatically log a Member out after a set duration of continuous play; (c) Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent and net wagering outcome during a session; (d) Self-Exclusion — a voluntary programme allowing Members to request a temporary or permanent suspension of their account, preventing all access to the Platform for the elected period.
9.3 Activation. Responsible gaming controls can be activated at any time through the Member's account settings page. Deposit limits and session timers take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion requests take effect within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
9.4 Minor Protection. Members must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their dax96 account. dax96 recommends that Members with minors in their household implement appropriate device-level parental control software.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dax96 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
11.1 Service Availability. dax96 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily restrict access. dax96 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dax96 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Member's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11.3 Cap on Liability. dax96's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. dax96 integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. dax96 is not liable for errors, delays, or losses attributable to the acts or omissions of such third parties.
11.5 User Responsibility. Members acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. All betting and gaming decisions on dax96 are made freely and voluntarily by the Member. dax96 does not accept liability for any financial loss arising from a Member's wagering decisions, including losses resulting from misunderstanding of odds, game rules, or market conditions.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dax96 holds its international operating licence. Applicable consumer-protection statutes of the Member's country of residence may also apply where mandatory under local law.
12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact the dax96 Support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. dax96 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within five (5) WIB business days of receipt.
12.3 Formal Disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in dax96's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Bet Settlement Disputes. Disputes relating to individual bet settlement must be raised within thirty (30) days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered, except where fraud or system error is established.
13.1 Right to Amend. dax96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where urgency (such as a regulatory requirement) requires immediate implementation.
13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. A Member's continued use of the dax96 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree with an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of their available balance in accordance with Section 6.
13.3 Version Control. The current version of these Terms is dated 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. The most current version is always available at https://dax96.cam/terms-conditions.
