At dax96, your personal data is handled with the same rigour we apply to every other part of the platform. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights you hold as a dax96 member. We do not sell your data. We do not share it without lawful basis. Full stop.
dax96 never sells, rents, or trades your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing agencies. Your information is used solely to operate and improve our service.
All data transmitted between your device and dax96 is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your session data and payment details are encrypted end to end.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and request deletion of the personal data dax96 holds about you. Submit a request through our support team at any time.
Financial transaction data processed through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay is handled under PCI-DSS compliant standards. dax96 does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
dax96 uses strictly necessary and functional cookies to operate the platform, and analytical cookies to improve performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cookie categories are detailed in Section 8.
dax96 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil its legal, regulatory, and operational obligations. Inactive account data is anonymised or deleted after the retention period defined in Section 9.
dax96 ("we", "us", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who registers an account or interacts with the dax96 website at https://dax96.cam. This Privacy Policy is written in plain English to ensure that our Members — the majority of whom are based in Indonesia — can clearly understand how their data is handled.
dax96 operates as an international online betting and casino platform serving English-preference players across Indonesia, offering sports betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, and international tournaments, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and premium slot titles. The personal data we process is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver, secure, and continuously improve these services.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which contain additional provisions relevant to how dax96 handles Member information.
2.1 For the purposes of applicable data-protection legislation, dax96 is the data controller in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. As data controller, dax96 determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
2.2 Questions, requests, or complaints relating to personal data should be addressed to the dax96 Data Protection contact, reachable via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Protection Request". We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within five (5) business days (WIB).

4.1 Directly from You. The majority of personal data dax96 holds is provided directly by you: during account registration, when completing KYC verification, when making a deposit or withdrawal, when contacting customer support, and when updating your account settings or marketing preferences.
4.2 Automatically. When you access dax96, our web servers and analytics systems automatically log technical data including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and navigation behaviour. This data is used for platform security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics. It does not personally identify you to third parties.
4.3 From Third-Party Payment Providers. When you make a deposit or withdrawal via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja, dax96 receives confirmation data from those providers (such as transaction reference numbers, payment status, and the name on the account) to reconcile your transaction. We do not receive raw banking credentials.
4.4 From Identity Verification Services. dax96 may use accredited third-party identity verification partners to cross-check KYC documents. These partners confirm identity matches but do not retain a copy of your documents on dax96's behalf after the verification is complete.
dax96 uses the personal data it collects for the following specific purposes:
dax96 processes personal data on one or more of the following legal grounds:
7.1 Payment Processors. To execute your deposits and withdrawals, dax96 shares the minimum necessary financial data with your chosen payment provider (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja). Each provider operates under its own data-protection obligations and is independently responsible for the security of data it processes on its side of the transaction.
7.2 KYC and Identity Verification Partners. dax96 works with accredited third-party identity verification services to process and validate KYC documents submitted by Members. These partners act as data processors under contractual obligations that prohibit secondary use of your identity documents.
7.3 Technology and Infrastructure Providers. dax96's Platform is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure. Providers of hosting, database management, cybersecurity, and analytics services may process technical data as part of delivering these services. All such providers are engaged under data-processing agreements that restrict their use of dax96 Member data.
7.4 Game Studio Partners. Live casino, slot, and other game content is delivered by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These studios may receive pseudonymised session data (e.g., game session identifiers) for the purpose of game result calculation, RNG certification, and dispute resolution. They do not receive your name, payment details, or KTP number.
7.5 Regulatory and Law Enforcement. dax96 will disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, or law enforcement agencies where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction. We will notify affected Members of any such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
7.6 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of dax96's assets, personal data held about Members may be transferred as part of that transaction. Affected Members would be notified in advance of any such transfer and given the opportunity to close their account if they do not consent.
8.1 What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. dax96 uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and session tokens) to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, maintain login sessions, and improve performance.
8.2 Categories of Cookies Used by dax96:
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Can Be Disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Essential for login sessions, security tokens, and core Platform functionality. The site cannot function without these. | No — required for operation |
| Functional | Remember your preferences (language, display settings, last-visited game category) to improve your experience on return visits. | Yes, via browser settings |
| Analytical | Aggregate, anonymised data on how Members navigate the Platform (page views, session duration, click paths). Used to identify performance issues and improve the user experience. | Yes, via browser settings |
8.3 Third-Party Advertising Cookies. dax96 does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. No advertiser has the ability to track dax96 Members across the internet via cookies set on this Platform.
8.4 Managing Cookies. You can control cookie behaviour through your web browser's settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect Platform functionality and may prevent login. Instructions for managing cookies are available in the help documentation of all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Samsung Internet).
9.1 Active Accounts. While your dax96 account is active, dax96 retains all personal data associated with your account for the purpose of providing the service, processing transactions, and complying with ongoing legal obligations.
9.2 After Account Closure. Following account closure (whether at your request or due to suspension), dax96 retains personal data for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of closure to meet its obligations under anti-money laundering regulations, gaming licence conditions, and potential legal proceedings. After this period, data that is no longer required for legal or regulatory purposes is securely anonymised or deleted.
9.3 KYC Documents. Identity documents submitted for KYC verification are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in line with AML/CTF regulatory requirements.
9.4 Marketing Data. If you have consented to marketing communications, your marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Following withdrawal of consent, marketing data is removed from active databases within thirty (30) days, though anonymised records of the consent transaction may be retained for compliance purposes.
9.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months are classified as inactive. dax96 will contact the registered email address before anonymising non-essential profile data associated with an inactive account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with the unclaimed funds provisions in dax96's Terms & Conditions.
As a dax96 Member, you hold meaningful rights over the personal data we process. These rights can be exercised by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request". dax96 will respond within thirty (30) days of receiving a valid request.
Request a copy of all personal data dax96 holds about you, along with information on how it is being processed.
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data dax96 holds about you. Updates to contact details can also be made directly in your account settings.
Request deletion of personal data dax96 holds about you, where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and where no legal retention obligation applies.
Request that dax96 restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested.
Request a structured, machine-readable export of the personal data you provided to dax96 (e.g., account profile data and transaction history in CSV format).
Object to processing carried out on the basis of dax96's legitimate interests, or to withdraw consent from marketing communications at any time with immediate effect.
Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations where data retention is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation — for example, KYC documents cannot be deleted while a regulatory retention obligation applies. dax96 will always explain clearly if a right cannot be exercised in a given case and the reason why.
11.1 Technical Controls. dax96 implements a comprehensive set of technical security controls to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest; multi-factor authentication for staff access to Member data systems; intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS); regular third-party penetration testing; and automated anomaly detection on financial transactions.
11.2 Organisational Controls. Access to Member personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Customer support agents can access only the profile data necessary to resolve a support query. Financial data and KYC documents are accessible only to authorised compliance and finance team members. All staff with access to Member data are subject to confidentiality obligations and regular data-protection training.
11.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to Member rights or freedoms, dax96 will notify affected Members and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law — within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, where notification is mandatory.
11.4 Member Responsibility. While dax96 takes extensive precautions, Members also play a role in account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, enabling two-factor authentication, and reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
If dax96 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. Members are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their dax96 account. We recommend using device-level parental control software as an additional safeguard.
13.1 dax96 serves Members primarily in Indonesia and stores personal data on servers hosted in jurisdictions that maintain adequate data-protection standards. Where data is transferred internationally — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or KYC verification partners operating in other countries — such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including contractual data-protection clauses.
13.2 dax96 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent binding mechanisms.
14.1 dax96 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing activities, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.
14.2 The current version of this Privacy Policy is dated 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. The most current version is always available at https://dax96.cam/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
14.3 If you do not agree with a material change to this Privacy Policy, you may close your dax96 account and request withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Please contact our support team to initiate account closure.
